Negotiation Coaching Clinic
For the second time, the Kennedy School Negotiation Project is running an intensive coaching clinic, designed using best practices in negotiation skill development. The clinic is an opportunity to improve your negotiations performance through one-on-one feedback from a trained coach who will understand your personal goals, observe you in multiple exercises, and provide feedback and an opportunity for guided reflection.
Accepted applicants will:
Meet with their coach for a personal goal-setting session
Participate and be observed in 3 negotiations
Receive 30 mins of 1-on-1 coaching after each exercise
You are eligible if you:
Have taken/are currently enrolled in a negotiations course
Can commit to all 3 Thursday evening negotiations exercises on October 10, October 24, and November 14.
Can commit to 4 x 30 min coaching sessions
The pilot is limited to 24 participants. We will be judging applications on a 100 word motivation statement, and will be looking for potential to grow and a desire to learn as opposed to skill as a negotiator.
This application will close on Thursday, September 24 at 11:59 p.m. Applicants will be notified of acceptance no later than September 22.
The application can be found here.
