Sam has focused his graduate policy work on housing innovation and economic development. He is a Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Fellow in the mayor’s office in Boise, Idaho. While at Harvard, Sam co-founded Lucidity Health, a social enterprise to empower frontline clinicians in low-resource settings. He helped structure public-private partnerships within the Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. As part of Goldman’s direct social impact platform, he invested in affordable housing and mixed-use, mixed-income developments in underserved communities. Sam graduated cum laude from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
