Riley is an active duty officer in the United States Air Force and is completing her final year at Harvard Law School. Prior to attending Harvard, Riley spent three years as a nuclear missile operator in North Dakota, where she was responsible for the safety, security, and lawful execution of the ground-based nuclear arsenal. While holding that position, she was competitively selected for the Funded Legal Education program and will continue serving as a military judge advocate after law school. In 2016, Riley earned a BSc in English from the United States Air Force Academy, with distinction and athletic honors.
