Henos was a founding member of the investment team at leading pan-African investment fund Africa50, with $900 million of committed capital from twenty-eight African governments and central banks. Based in Casablanca, Henos has helped direct capital flows more equitably across the continent and supported the design of integrated regulatory reforms. He also helped establish an online academic platform offering over 100 underprivileged Moroccan students educational support during the COVID-19 school closures; organized community-building events for Eritreans and Ethiopians in London, tutored refugee children every weekend with the IRC in New York; and worked with the Feminist Initiative, a Swedish grassroots political party, to help it become the first-ever feminist political party in the European Parliament. Henos graduated from Yale University in 2016 with a BS in mechanical engineering and a BA in economics.
