Hamza Chaudhry

Hamza is a postgraduate student of international social and public policy at the London School of Economics and also holds a First-Class Honors degree in international relations from the LSE. He has worked at the Hudson Institute and the Woodrow Wilson Center, under the mentorship of Pakistan’s ambassador to the United States and a World Bank chief economist, respectively. Hamza represented Pakistan at the World Schools Debating Championship in 2015 and was named the Best Speaker in Europe at this year’s European Debating Championships. As founder of the Pakistan International Student Alliance, Hamza helped organize protests on student and minority rights in Pakistan, founded Pakistan’s first fact-checking program, PakistanFact, and used the LSE platform to organize conferences on South Asia. He has interviewed activists, academics, and political leaders from across the world. His life’s ambition is organizing an international progressive student-activist front to confront the global challenges of our time.
