Didier most recently served as the global head of diversity, equity, and inclusion for the corporate functions at Google. In that role, Didier led a team of senior DEI consultants who designed and implemented a systems-level strategy aimed at attenuating inequities in people processes along lines of difference, primarily race and gender, in partnership with the C-suite leaders and their respective leadership teams. He graduated from the College of Arts & Science/Courant Institute at New York University with a degree in mathematics and a minor in American Sign Language. There, he was a Gates Millennium Scholar, an AnBryce Scholar, a Ronald McDonald African American Future Achievers Scholar, a Ron Brown Scholar Captain, and a President’s Service Award winner.
