Brendan is a government innovator with experience in urban policy and management. For the past three years, he served in the Baltimore mayor’s office, most recently as data lead and special projects manager for the Bloomberg Innovation Team. His experiences with the city include ransomware recovery, youth justice reform, and transportation planning. Previously, Brendan worked in real estate private equity and federal affordable housing policy. During the pandemic, Brendan managed the design, fundraising, and implementation of the Baltimore Health Corps, a 275-person contact tracing and care coordination program recognized by the White House as a national model for centering racial equity in large-scale workforce development. For this work, he was honored as a Leading Government Innovator by Bloomberg Philanthropies. Brendan graduated from Yale University in 2018 with a BA in ethics, politics, and economics.
