Please join the HLS Armed Forces Association for a discussion with Dr. Anne-Marie Slaughter, renowned international lawyer, author, foreign policy analyst, and political scientist. She is very familiar with Harvard, having graduated cum laude from HLS in 1985 and directed the International Legal Studies Program from 1994 to 2002. Dr. Slaughter also served as Dean of the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs and as Director of Policy Planning for the US State Department under President Obama (the first woman to hold the position). She is currently the President and CEO of the think tank New America. Drawing on her international and public policy expertise, Dr. Slaughter will discuss political leadership and policy concerns in the midst of COVID-19.

Discussion will be moderated by Brandon Ricaurte JD 2022, CPL Black Family Fellow and Vice President, HLS Armed Forces Association.
