Join us for a discussion with Kate Levin, Principal of Cultural Assets Management for Bloomberg Associates. With decades of experience collaborating across sectors, Levin will discuss her experiences invigorating urban landscapes through arts and culture promotion and development. From 2002-2013, Levin served as Commissioner of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs. Managing the largest single arts funder in the U.S., she increased support for cultural organizations, and expanded creative sector participation in economic development, tourism, human service, and education initiatives. This event will be moderated by David Margalit, Executive Program Director for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, housed in the HKS Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation.
