    Jenn is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Negotiation, Organizations & Markets Unit at Harvard Business School.  Dr. Logg’s research examines how people can improve their accuracy about themselves and the world.  Her work tests when people are most likely to leverage the power of algorithms to improve their accuracy.  This work examines how people expect algorithmic and human judgment to differ, what she calls “theory of machine” (a kind of theory of mind).

    Julia leads the Boston Consulting Group's Behavioral Economics work. She focuses especially on how leadership teams and large organizations (public and private sector) can improve their performance by applying principles of behavioral science. Her work in the last year has focused on criminal justice, industrial safety, reducing long-term unemployment and increasing employee engagement and productivity.

    Attendees will also be asked to brainstorm and design an intervention related to "maintaining engagement and commitment of employees during very large meetings".
